DMV sketches

I went to the DMV yesterday, and while I waited in the long lines, I took the oportunity to draw lovely people that were standing there, waiting in line. Here are the sketches in order that I sketch them.

hehe. on the second sheet. YOU UNDRESSED HER. Funny. ;)

These are great, it's so cool how you sketch in situations like that, - in norway people would look at you with a "excuse me, freak" in their eyes and they would NOT like being drawn. I waited for the bus today and took out my sketchbook and started observing and sketching and two guys came up to me laughing and saying: "hoho are you a painter?". Stupid people. I kept sketching, tho! It was fun. (:
Good inspiration in this one, heri.

ah... good for you that your sketching in public. I use to not feel comfortable drawing in public and sketching people, now i don't care. sometimes people come up to me and see what i'm doing, at the DVM, when i was drawing these, this lady walked up and had a seat just behind me... she leaned over to my ear and said.. "you are really good, i bet you hear that a lot huh?"
.... and some people don't like to be drawn, very rarely people catch me drawing them and they move, or walk away. I'm glad you keep drawing, it shows that you have interest and want to get better. also I do not stared at people, i glance and look at them really quick, each drawing here I did not look more than 5 seconds, and the sketch it self for each person took from 10-40 seconds.

next time someone laughs and says.. "oh oh , are you a painter"

tell them, yes I am. :).
