Hide

The topic is Hide, today my niece brought a doll that gave me the inspiration for this, It had huge eyes, and they blinked really slowly, it was a scarry doll. however I tried to make this one cute, thinking of how do work the topic Hide into the baby illustration, at first I thought of the baby hiding and the mother walking mad trying to find him, with a ruler on her hand ready to smack the baby, but the end result was this.
Also illustrating my process. I been adding textures for the games I do at work, I thought it would be a good idea to add some texture to this illustration as well, giving it interest and depth.

agree with erica. :)
Looks really cool with the texture too, - good experimenting. The background and doors/windows reminds me of old time cartoons, and I like it! :)

Another brilliant piece. Love those scaredy eyes, the lovely lighting, and that vintage cartoon look with the back ground detail - (As already mentioned.)

Great work.

It's been said already, but I agree: great use of texture on the wall, pattern on the floor and line everywhere. You've got strong skills!
