Fascinating! I love the textures and you sure got that blank expression toddler's sometimes have. Only thing missing is the runny nose and drooly mouth! ;-)

nice work man! Being able to show form in a profile is tough and you did it really well. The texture flattens it out though. Try to keep stuff out of the middle of the pic too. I think this would be a lot better if her head was just a bit closer to the top of the image.
